Refund policy

The principle: a paid period is due

Payments are not refunded, neither in full nor pro rata, whatever the payment method (card or Mobile Money). As soon as you pay, the chosen plan is opened immediately for the whole paid period.

To decide with full knowledge, you can try the tool for free (3 page audits per day) and read the details of each plan on the Pricing page before paying.

Stopping the renewal

• Card: the subscription renews every month. You can stop the renewal from your account (“Manage my subscription”) before the renewal date: the next month will not be charged. The current month remains due and your access stays open until it ends.
• Mobile Money: each payment opens 30 days of access and never renews automatically.

Billing error

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after stopping the renewal in time, write to support@traceflowlabs.com with the payment reference: the amount wrongly charged is returned to the original payment method.

Consumer rights

Card payments are sold by Paddle, an authorised reseller, under its own purchase terms. By confirming your order, you request immediate access to the service: if the law of your country provides a right of withdrawal (for example 14 days in the European Union), you acknowledge losing it as soon as the service is provided. Rights that the law makes mandatory remain applicable.
