Terms of use and sale

1. The service

TraceFlow Lens, published by TraceFlow Labs (Cotonou, Benin), audits public web pages and shows how to improve their visibility in search engines and artificial intelligence assistants. The results are recommendations: TraceFlow Labs does not guarantee any ranking, traffic or citation by a search engine or an AI.

2. Permitted use

  • Audit sites that you own or that you are authorised to audit.
  • Do not use the tool to overload a site, bypass its protections or collect personal data.
  • Without a subscription, audits are limited to 3 pages per day and per visitor. Technical limits per IP address also protect the audited sites and the service.
  • Published reviews must be sincere, without insults or advertising. We may hide any review that does not follow these rules.

3. Plans and prices

  • Free: 3 page audits per day, no sign-up.
  • Solo: €7 per month or €67 per year, taxes included; with Mobile Money, 4,600 FCFA for 30 days or 44,200 FCFA for 365 days. 1 monitored site.
  • Agency: €19 per month or €182 per year, taxes included; with Mobile Money, 12,500 FCFA for 30 days or 120,000 FCFA for 365 days. 10 monitored sites.

The details of each plan are on the Pricing page. A price change only applies to the next period and is announced to you at least 30 days in advance.

4. Payment

Orders paid by card are processed by Paddle.com, an authorised reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle is the seller of the order, issues the invoice and applies taxes. Paddle’s purchase terms apply in addition to these terms. By confirming your order, you request immediate access to the service; if you are a consumer with a right of withdrawal (for example in the European Union), you acknowledge losing it as soon as the service is provided. Mobile Money payments are processed by FedaPay.

5. Renewal and cancellation

  • Card: the subscription renews every month. You can stop the renewal from your account (“Manage my subscription”) before the renewal date: the next month will not be charged. The current month remains due and access stays open until it ends.
  • Mobile Money: each payment opens 30 days of access, with no automatic renewal.

Any paid period is due and is not refunded, neither in full nor pro rata. See the refund policy.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee it at all times (maintenance, failure of a provider). The liability of TraceFlow Labs is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months. Changes you apply to your site remain your responsibility: make a backup before any technical change.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Benin, without prejudice to the protective provisions of your country of residence if you are a consumer. In case of dispute, write to us first at support@traceflowlabs.com: we always look for an amicable solution.
